Starting from November 20, 2023, online appointment for visa application submitted to Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Toronto (hereinafter referred to as the Visa Center) is no longer required. Applicants can submit their applications directly to the Visa Center. The process is as follows:

Step 1. Applicants log on to the website of the Visa Center, fill out the visa application form online, download and print the full application form, sign on the confirmation page and the last page.

Step 2. Submit the application with the application form and other required documents to the Visa Center.

After the new arrangement for visa application, there may be more applicants on-site and longer queue time during the peak hours. Applicants are kindly advised to avoid peak hours.
