Consul General CHEN Xiaoling paid a courtesy call on Mr. Pantalone, Deputy Mayor of  the City of Toronto on January 13, 2004. Both sides spoke highly of the bilateral friendly relationship between China and City of Toronto in the past decades and agreed to further strengthen mutual exchanges and cooperation between the two sides in the future.
