Consul General Chen Xiaoling made a courtesy call on the Honourable Mr. Gerry Phillips, the Chair of Management Board of Cabinet of Ontario, on November 27.  Both of them agreed that the bilateral  friendly relations and cooperation between China and Ontario should be further developed.
