During the reception, Consular General Chen had a friendly talk with the mayor. The mayor expressed his willingness to push forward cooperations with China, in all fields including trade, culture, science and education, especially the relationship with Toronto's sister city Chongqing.  Consul General Chen Xiaoling said that, Toronto, as Canada's largest city and the sister city of Chongqing, has enjoyed  friendly exchanges with China in the past years. China and Toronto should both cherish this friendship, and continue to make concerted efforts in pushing forward the development of cooperation between China and Toronto.
